AUDIO PERFORMANCE:
RXNV/LCD has been designed using the latest state-of-the-art technology, with less than 0.1% harmonic distortion! Other key features are 12 μV mono sensitivity and 170 μV stereo sensitivity (170 μV option must be purchased separately).
PRIMARY APPLICATION:
the products from R.V.R.'s RXNV/LCD series are the perfect match for PTXLCD exciters and are ideal for all those broadcasting applications that require hi-fi performance. In addition, these products can incorporate an RDS decoder (available separately) to enhance machine versatility.
SW APPLICATION:
the 16-bit CPU provides a monitor feature to set up the receiver so it will monitor stored frequencies (up to 15) and generate Audio/Stereo/RDS signal alarms in the event of a fault. This way, the receiver not only acts as a simple spectrum analyser, but also as a measuring and monitoring tool for stored frequencies, which may be left on site and remotely activated when the need arises. The 16- bit CPU also provides Rebroadcasting mode operation. The receiver changes antenna automatically when it detects an abnormal incoming signal. This deactivates certain features which may otherwise impair correct audio signal rebroadcasting by the next transmitter (e.g. memory scan, spectrum scan, etc.)
INTERFACE CONTROL:
totally microprocessor-controlled, easily programmed from menu or via RS232, RS485 and I2C interface with all key parameters displayed on LCD.
INPUT/OUTPUT INTERFACE:
built-in high-performance decoder, Mono and MPX composite signal analogue audio inputs, and auxiliary inputs for SCA / RDS signals. If the device incorporates a built-in high-performance decoder (option purchased separately), L&R analogue audio inputs are also available in addition to the standard inputs.
